Company Profile

On May 10, 2011, Shanghai Jima Industrial Co., Ltd was established.

JIMA Aluminum mainly forging, and specialized in producing big forging parts, aluminum precision, aluminum extrusions, metal forging processing, heat treatment, etc., has formed a complete production process from raw materials to the finished product aluminum accessories chain.

Material is the life of forging. The quality of forgings has always been inseparable from the quality of materials.

Jima Aluminum relies on its technical advantages, from making materials to making its own high-quality aluminum alloy forgings. From the beginning of material smelting, material composition, microstructure, performance, material deformation process, forging streamline, forging heat treatment, metallographic structure, forging surface and appearance, forging thermal stability, etc., to fully control the quality of forgings.

Has rich experience in producing and processing high-strength and wear-resistant aluminum alloy materials and alloy steel products.

Advantage: JIMA Aluminum always holds on to some available hard aluminum alloy materials stock such as 2A12 2A14 2014 2024 2214 2218 2219 2618 2017 5083 6061 6082 7049 7075 7050 7475 7175 7A04.

There are about 175 employees and a total area of 40,000 square meters.

Has rich experience in producing and processing high-strength and wear-resistant aluminum alloy materials and alloy steel products.

FAQ

Q1:Where can I get product&price information?

A1:Send us an inquiry e-mail, we will contact you as we receive your mail.

We will offer you the quotation within 24 working hours after receiving your detailed information. To quote you faster and more accurately,

please provide us with the following information together with your inquiry:

1) CAD or 3D Drawings

3) Material requirement

4) Surface treatment

5) Quantity (per order/month/annual)

6) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels, delivery, etc.

Q2:How long can I get the sample?

A2:Depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days is required generally.

Q3: How long is the lead time for mold and machining parts?

A3: It all depends on the mold (parts) size and complexity.

Usually, the lead time is 18-20 days for molds. If the molds are very simple and not big, we can work them out within 15 days.

The lead time for machining parts is around 2-4 weeks.

For sheet metal fabrication the lead time is around 3-5 weeks.

Q4:Can we sign NDA?
A4: Sure. We never divulge customers' information to anyone else. we will keep your drawing well and not release it to others without your permission.

Q5: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your factory?

A5: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining or the plastic injection progress.
